While the course has been accredited to both plumbers and drainlayers, it targets primarily drainlaying and plumbers with no drainlaying experience may not get the full benefit of its contents.
You will learn how to estimate flows, allow for increases, identify site, receive environment and constraints, provide estimates of capital and operating costs and reporting to the client. We will cover:
- How to make the designs of simple systems more bulletproof, tank sizing, outlet filters, distribution boxes etc
- Producer statements
- The required nature of site investigations and who should perform these.
- Soil testing, analyses and interpretation
