Jonathan (Jon) Lewis and his wife Jan have owned The Lewis Plumbing Company (NZ) Ltd for approximately 18 years. In 1993 Jon gained his Craftsman Plumber qualification and in 1996 became a member of the New Zealand Society of Master Plumbers.
Jon has an avid interest in the backflow prevention industry and started an additional business in 2005 called Backflow Prevention Ltd. For a number of years Jon served on the Backflow Prevention SIG of NZ Water. John is a qualified tester and surveyor for cross connection, and has had the privilege of being a course tutor in backflow prevention for Opus International.
Jon and Jan have four sons and in adidtion to Jon's family, his passion is on and off-road motorcycling where Jon participates in off-road motorcycle-enduro racing and helping to run trail ride events.
